of provincial council shall be more than 120 days. However, the terms of 2 regular sessions in a year shall be within 60 days.
The regular session shall be convened twice per year. The first regular session is convened on the first Tuesday of June.
(However, the first session will be convened during September or October in the year of general election, and it shall be decided by the resolution in the main session.)

The second regular session shall be convened on the first Tuesday of November. The session shall be convened in the coming day when the convening date is Saturday or holiday.
The ordinary session shall be convened at the request of chief of the local government and more than 1/3 of the members of the council. (Notice for convening 3 days prior to the convening date)
Opening, suspension, closing and terms of session shall be decided by the resolution of the council.
